Exchange Policy

Doses of Couture does not offer refunds, Exchanges Only.

We have a 14 day exchange policy. If for any reason your item does not fit, we will gladly exchange your item as long as it has not been worn or altered, and all security tags and labels are still in place.

Please note that that Doses of Couture does not cover shipping costs when an item is being sent back, so it is highly suggested to use your local post office for convenience and receiving a tracking number.

To begin your exchange, contact us at dosesofcouture@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.

Please include in your email your: Name, Order Number, and Reason For Exchange.

If the size you need for the exchange is sold out, a full refund will be submitted to you on your original form of payment within 5-10 business days after we have received your item.

Keep in mind that refunds issued to cards may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process. Depending on your financial institution this can vary, so please speak to your bank for any additional information regarding processing times, as this is out of our control.
